The problem
The product poses a serious risk of injuries because the front headrests of a number of vehicles are improperly anchored, and in some cases may separate from the cartridge in the car seat frame.If the headrest detaches from the seat back when being handled or upon impact, the occupants of the vehicle may be injured.
