Kia Previews Larger Electric Van PV7 Ahead of 2026 Debut

Kia has revealed the first images of its all-electric PV7 van, set to debut on September 14, 2026, at the IAA Transportation event in Hannover, Germany. The PV7 will join Kia’s growing line of Purpose Built Vehicles (PBVs), offering more space and versatility than the smaller PV5 model.

Bigger and More Versatile Electric Van

The PV7 expands Kia’s electric van lineup with a larger footprint aimed at the light commercial vehicle segment. It shares the E-GMP.S platform with the PV5 but features a distinct “one-box” design that gives it a balanced, purposeful look. Black accents on the hood and pillars contrast with the main body color, matching Kia’s signature lighting style found on other recent models.

Kia presents the PV7 as a flexible vehicle designed to meet a wider range of professional and recreational needs, ranging from work-related tasks to lifestyle uses. The van’s design emphasizes practicality without sacrificing a modern appearance.

The PV7 is Kia’s second electric PBV, following the PV5.
