Skoda’s Indian arm has given its popular Slavia sedan a mid-cycle refresh for 2027, adding notable updates both inside and out. The facelift includes refreshed styling, an upgraded automatic transmission, and new comfort features like rear massage seats.
Updated Design and Limited Paint Options
The 2027 Slavia carries forward its sleek sedan shape with sharper styling details that reflect Skoda’s Modern Solid design theme. Up front, a redesigned grille now pairs with new LED headlights featuring segmented lighting elements that blend into the grille bars. The front bumper gains a more textured look with LED fog lamps and hidden parking sensors that keep its clean appearance.

The Slavia also upgrades its safety and driver assistance gear with a standard 360-degree camera setup and Park Pilot that now includes front sensors. Six airbags and electronic stability control come as standard. The beige interior option brings ventilated front seats, and for the first time, rear massage seats are available, enhancing passenger comfort in the back.
New Transmission and Mechanical Updates
The facelift retains the 1.0-liter TSI three-cylinder engine producing 115 ps (113 hp) and 178 Nm (131 lb-ft), but now offers a segment-first eight-speed automatic transmission as an option, replacing the previous manual-only pairing.
For the more powerful 1.5-liter TSI four-cylinder engine (150 ps/148 hp and 250 Nm/184 lb-ft), the previous manual and eight-speed automatic gearboxes are replaced by a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. This transmission offers quicker shifts and is exclusive to the 1.5-liter model, which also gains rear disc brakes for improved stopping power.
