Volkswagen has confirmed the pricing and trim details for the new ID. Tiguan in Spain. This model is the first fully electric version of the Tiguan and succeeds the ID.4, featuring up to 299 horsepower and a maximum WLTP range of 580 kilometres.
Trim Levels and Equipment Highlights
The ID. Tiguan will be offered in three trim levels at launch: Match, Life, and Style. Volkswagen plans to add an R-Line version later.
The base Match trim includes 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, rearview camera, and lane-keeping assistance.
Step up to the Life trim, and you gain tinted rear windows, a navigator, wireless charging, a three-zone climate system, keyless entry, illuminated door handles, heated front seats, and a powered tailgate.
The top Style trim brings 20-inch alloys, Matrix IQ.Light headlights, full LED 3D taillights, an illuminated Volkswagen logo and light strip across the front, expanded ambient lighting with 30 colours, and seat inserts in ArtVelours fabric.
Power and Range Options
The new ID. Tiguan is available with three electric powertrain setups, all qualifying for the Spanish zero emissions badge.
- The entry model has a 58 kWh LFP battery and a 140 kW (190 hp) motor powering the rear wheels. It offers a WLTP range of 425 km.
- The mid-level option uses a larger 77 kWh NMC battery and a 210 kW (286 hp) rear-wheel-drive motor, boosting range to 580 km WLTP.
- The top 4Motion variant features the same 77 kWh battery but with dual motors—one on each axle—delivering 220 kW (299 hp) and a WLTP range of 565 km.
Availability and Production
Pre-orders for the new Volkswagen ID. Tiguan will open in October, with first deliveries expected early next year. Production takes place at Volkswagen’s Emden plant in Germany.
