The problem
null Owing to pressure pulsations occurring in the fuel lines and engine vibrations during operation, vibration may be transmitted to the diesel fuel filter cover. This may lead to a fatigue crack on the filter cover in the area of the inlet fitting and the possibility of a diesel fuel leak. This can lead to a traffic hazard.
