The problem

The braking performance is insufficient and the braking distance too long, creating a risk of an accident. Moreover, proper marking of the high-voltage cables is missing which risks to cause the user to receive an electric shock from accessible live parts.

The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
