The problem

Vehicles may be fitted with cylinder blocks which are missing a cooling nozzle. If a cooling nozzle is missing, the piston may not be cooled down sufficiently, potentially causing it to weaken, warp or break. This could lead to sudden engine failure, causing power transmission loss. This could also trigger thermal runaway leading to fire and injuries of the passengers.

The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
