The problem
Friction corrosion on the connector from the wiring harness to the blower regulator may cause fluctuations in the electrical resistance, which can lead to overheating and damage to the wiring harness insulation.That can result in a short circuit, leading to a vehicle fire, even if the vehicle is parked.
