The problem
The centring pin for the rear suspension spring may not be properly welded. This could lead to the rear suspension spring being detached, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not meet the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
