The problem
The support for the rail of the front passenger seat may be defective due to the weld not being properly cooled.This could impair the seat retention and the safety belt performance, increasing the risk of injury in the event of an accident. The product does not meet the requirements of the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
