The problem

Due to a defect, the motorcycle reacts more strongly than expected to road and environmental influences (uneven ground) at speeds above 160 km/h (100 mph). There is an increased risk of falling and suffer injuries.

The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
