The problem
Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2021 Xpeditor and 2020-2021 Legend vehicles. A machining defect may cause the power steering pump to fail, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Risk
A loss of power steering assist can increase the risk of a crash.
What owners should do
Autocar will inspect the power steering pump, and replace it if necessary, free of charge. Owner were notified of the defect on October 28, 2021.
