STRUCTURE — Aerial Device Leveling System may Fail · January 26, 2016

The problem

The affected vehicles have a leveling cylinder linkage that can be forced past its intended stop position, causing damage to, and failure of, the leveling system.

If the leveling system fails, the aerial platform may tilt, increasing the risk of injury to the user or those nearby.
